Terms of Service

These terms apply to all use of the OnlyChill web application and related services operated by the entity named in the Imprint. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) and that you have read and agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by introducing malware or excessive automated requests.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you create in OnlyChill (group names, stat collections, log entries, etc.). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyChill is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We strive to keep OnlyChill available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Paid subscription plans, when available, are billed in advance for the selected period. By upgrading you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee. Full billing terms, refund policies, and plan details are published on the Billing page and form part of these terms once you subscribe.

OnlyChill, including its name, logo, source code, and design, is owned by the operator and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent, except as permitted under these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will bump the version number and prompt you to re-accept the terms on your next login. Continued use of the service after acceptance constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered seat of the operator.
